Numerous Elected Officials to Participate in Marc Cadin’s Campaign Kickoff

Marc Cadin, the Republican candidate who aims to represent Virginia’s 67th House of Delegates District, released this statement today as his campaign prepares for its campaign kickoff this Saturday night. “Our message about solving problems, particularly as it relates to transportation, and how I will be the most effective voice to represent this area’s working families, is resonating with everyone we visit with” Mr. Cadin said.

Mr. Cadin’s campaign kickoff is enjoying wide support from some of Virginia’s leading elected officials. In attendance for the kickoff will be Attorney General Bob McDonnell, Congressman Frank Wolf, Congressman Tom Davis, State Senator Ken Cuccinelli, State Senator Jeannemarie Devolites Davis, State Senator Jay O’Brien, Delegate Tim Hugo, Delegate Tom Rust, Supervisor Michael Frey, and Clerk of the Court John Frey.

“I am truly honored by the outpouring of support that I have received in the last couple of months,” Mr. Cadin said. “In addition to the citizens of the 67th, the fact that so many elected officials are behind me this early, means a great deal to my family and I.”

The 67th district, once a safe haven for Republican candidates, promises to be one of the most interesting races of the upcoming campaign season. Mr. Cadin raised more contributions as of the last filing deadline and had more cash on hand than the current incumbent.
